I'll admit, I was into Black Flag for a very short time. They never really hit me like some of the other punk bands I was into at the time, but I've always respected them. Henry Rollins is a really inspirational character and has presented some great motivational speeches and transcripts over the last few years. Anyway, as far as the L.A. punk scene goes, there are few bands more recognized than Black Flag. Here's to you, inspiring (at least) two generations of pissed off youth.
